GET A CONSULTATION WITH ARIZONA DIVORCE ATTORNEY ADAM WEINGART, ESQ.

While going through a divorce or child custody case, some parties do not want to go through the hassle or expense of going through the “traditional” litigation processes. At The Weingart Firm, our Arizona family law attorneys understand this and are pleased to be able to offer this as an alternative. For a flat rate of $3,500, Adam Weingart, Esq. serve as a neutral mediator between two parties in a divorce, legal separation, annulment, or child custody-related matter pursuant to Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct, Ethical Rule 2.4.

The process and services for flat rate mediation are as follows:

  • Each party will gather the required information required under Rule 49 of the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure.
  • Adam and his team will review the documentation provided.
  • The parties will choose a day and meet at his office, either in the same room or in separate rooms, and Adam will go back and forth between the parties and help the parties come to an agreement.
  • Once agreements have been reached, Adam and his team will draft up the documentation evidencing the parties’ agreements for the Court’s signature. These can be consent decrees, parenting plans, or property settlement agreements.
  • Once each party has approved documentation and signed the documentation the process is over.

Please note that if parties do not agree, Adam may not represent either party in any subsequent litigation.

Adam and his firm was a God send when it comes to my messy divorce. He was not only professional but had a sense of humor that helped keep it light hearted and bearable. I would not hesitate in recommending him when it comes to a not-so amicable divorce.”

I fought for my daughter custody after mother took her to a different state. Adam and his staff was great and now my daughter stays with me and mother gets to visit and have her for the summer while she stays in a different state. Huge thanks to the firm. Amanda, Adam assistant was very helpful on all my questions I had.”
