Hello,

My name is Adam, I’m starting my 8th year of practice and 7th of Family Law. When I graduate law school almost a decade ago and joined my Father’s law firm I realized that I could be doing more to help grow the firm. Then fate intervened. A close friend of mine needed help, his ex-wife was trying to take his children away from him alleging abuse that never happened. Determined to help, I signed on as attorney of record and wrestled that bull of a case for over six months. After much blood, sweat, and tears, he came out victorious. I realized that while he enjoyed criminal law and thought that was what I was meant to do as an attorney, I was drawn to family law like a moth to a bright light. Little by little, I learned everything I could about family law in my spare time. I eventually took family law clients for minimal fees to build my confidence and knowledge. Within a year, I knew enough to charge what I was worth and build a thriving practice area of my Father’s firm. These days I enjoy my work. Family law has turned out to be my passion and calling. Don’t let the long hair and beard fool you. I am aggressive and fantastic at what I do, and I know it; let me show you.

Recently I joined other Family Law attorneys and participated in ABC15’s lawyer assistance phone bank on live television.

My name is Haley A. Terrell and I will be beginning my 7th year of family law practice in January 2024. I won’t waste your time reading a biography filled with platitudes and corny sentiments. I am here at Weingart Family Law because l love the practice of law and pride myself on providing exceptional representation to my clients. I have litigated countless trials and evidentiary hearings and consistently strive to stay immersed in the ever-changing landscape of Arizona’s family law rules, statutes, and case law. I take great pride in my career, conduct myself with class, and treat other attorneys and parties with respect. I will not compromise those standards for anyone. I sincerely look forward to representing those desiring an attorney who provides honest and competent representation.
